My BBQ26 is easy to use, sturdy, and versatile. A lot of people ask about it when it's set up to flip chicken. I enjoy it because I can teach other vets to barbecue on it easily. When our non-profit starts, we want to supply veterans and first responders with the knowledge and means to cook barbecue at home.

Absolutely love my BBQ26 Chicken cooker.I have had mine for a number of years now and use it mostly for wings. I picked up second rack for it so I can do two batches back to back, well because sometimes one just isn’t enough. The original rack that came with mine was made out of expanded metal and stuff tended to stick to it but the second (newer) rack I bought has stainless bars and stuff tends to stick way less to this one. Have since found cooking spray for grilling pretty much eliminates any sticking. The only modification I made to mine was a set of fold down adjustable camper legs to get my grill up off the ground and also allow me to adjust the legs for uneven surfaces.
